MICROELECTROLISIS

Application of low-intensity galvanic current through needle cathode causes an electrochemical reaction in the degenerating tissue region, generating a controlled inflammatory process. The unidirectional polarized current galvanic current provides an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Other effects of low-intensity galvanic current is pain and chronic inflammation reduction. Finally its properties provide increase rates of collagen synthesis, migration of fibroblasts and collagen alignment.

Tendinopathies:

  • Patellar tendon.

  • Achilles tendon.

  • Plantar fascia.

  • Fiber breakage.

  • Hamstrings.

  • Posterior tibial tendon

  • Peroneus longus and brevis tendon.
